SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail or another appropriate delivery service.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide. Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
